The room was updated and with a great view, balcony and the bathroom, had everything I needed. The staff were very pleasant lot of time. The hotel was located in the heart of the city. Furthermore the venue was close to Chiesa di San Gregorio.

Not the big and pleasant hotel to be near to the underground and station. Nearby set of cafe and church...The affable personnel which is always ready to prompt and help. Breakfast good!
Old repair and old furniture, but it has not spoilt to us rest!

The rooms are a nice size and brand-new with comfortable beds and smoke detectors. the staff are genuinely helpful and knowledgeable, we liked them. - the hotel's location is comfy and quiet and a minute walk from the central station. The hotel has very good location because it is close to Central Station that is important if the guest has a desire to travel to other cities in Lombardy. In other hand the hotel is situated near to Metro station and that permit to move very quickly between the sights of the town. The hotel services are in good quality and propose аll conveniences for the tourists.

The breakfast is reasonable and the decoration is better than the room we stay. Avoid room 706 and I recommend 704 if you want to stay in this hotel.
The room that we stay is smaller than rooms in HongKong and Tokyo. Do not buy the internet access because it did not work. The reception will not do anything to refund or help if it did not work.

Walk distance between train station just 5 mins, easy locate.
Very old air conditioner, very noisy during operation, I hv to turn off during night but the noisy street keep on until 12 o'clock.
